You could say there is a potential pitfall in the idea of the pursuit of happiness {grab your 'CHASE FREEDOM' card and just see if you can catch it!}. So let's flip it; just as in Boyhood the movie, when a bright young thing says, "You know, "seize the moment"... maybe what it really is in truth, is that the moment seizes you!"
Perhaps the real art of living is to recognize and re-recognize and re-re-recognize(!) that we have indeed been seized, again and again, by tender, kind, rich, sweet, and utterly awesome moments that make up the scintillating tapestry of our wondrous lives.
Love to Live by:
*I tell myself the truth about what I’m really hungry for
*I do what I choose for my own well being and happiness
*I do the things that allow me to express my vitality and joy
*It is from instilling sensations and feelings with positive images that you can create the future – no matter whether you recall or envision scenes of happiness
*The sacral chakra is located in the center of the belly, influenced by the element water and, as a result, our emotions, which when fluid and moving, keep us healthy
