We Came Here To Play ~ Reset 2020

The metaphysical fiction, We Came Here to Play, resonates with those people who are ready to enter 5D, the hallmark of which is living from a place of full presence, flow, oneness, creativity and play.

From a 3D perspective the book may be seen as utopian and boring, because it offers little in the way of conflict, resolution and good triumphing over evil. It is more about discovery, transparency, deepening and interconnected wholeness.

Many spiritual teachers speak of a stumbling block to awakening being that this "merged state" is perceived as boring, "empty" and with "no one" to perceive or enjoy it. The fullness of that state cannot be conceived of by someone who is identified with the separate self and who is conditioned to defend or promote it. Spiritual teacher, Matt Kahn, refers to the ego as nothing more than an over-stimulated nervous system.

Certainly the culmination of 3D has our nervous system in perpetual "on" for "fight or flight," so possibilities beyond that don't seem realistic or interesting.

The main point I want to make it is that We Came Here to Play is actually more fact than fiction in that most of what is referred to in the book already exists, at least in prototype. As one of the members of the future community in the book states, it was more a matter of a shift from head to heart that made this reality possible. It's about waking up to, or evolving into, who we came here to be----the Divine awake to its own beauty and experiencing the fullness of that in physical form.

10 things that are here and available to us now:
°The Biomimicry Institute
°The book I Dreamed I Was Normal -by Ginger Clarkson- and the understandings about autism it shares
°The autistic boy who draws detailed images of places glimpsed -autistic savant
°The Brave New Voices slam poetry competition {NYC}
°the roll-out glass computer monitors (Google 3M Future of Glass/patent)
°Solar chips in roads and walkways and materials that clean the air
°Viable free energy technologies for distributed rather than centralized power
°"Touch Drawing" as a way for people to kinesthetically explore their artistic abilities
°Earthships and other "green building" techniques
°Telepathy

I even understand the technology for the frequency registering economic system is in development. I discovered this after publishing the book.

I encourage you to have your sleuth cap on when engaging with the story and you will discover other references to things that are factual. The point being, this possibility is not that far away. We have already seen from Covid-19 that sweeping changes can be made when necessary. That's Jean Houston so aptly captured in her book title, Jump Time,  the opportunity is here now.

See you on the other side!!

"It is my vision to draw together those ready to step into this fuller potential and this site describes some of the key components...I travel to communities who want to begin to play with what they have now and to organically move toward the fullness of what they can become. Secret Day.. The 'I Am That' Sabbath

#SecretDay What is #Sabbath

Secret Day, following the thread of 'What is Pressing': "The Exploratorium in the San Francisco Palace of Fine Arts was conceived under the leadership of physicist and teacher, Frank Oppenheimer (brother of J. Robert Oppenheimer). The story goes that Oppenheimer was expounding his vision during an early planning meeting. His expansive projections caused one amongst them to protest;

"But Frank, this is the real world."

"No it isn't," Frank replies, "We made it up."
Frank Oppenheimer, an Exploratorium biography states, "a knack for finding new ways to look at things... a respect for invention and play."

These qualities you must bring to the concept of a 'Secret Day'. The desire in me for a secret day was born out of this pressing from every side, which seemed to me [not native to this place] to be a very 'New World' American phenomenon..
I needed some deep relief. An hour here, half hour there, just wasn't cutting it. I needed a whole day.. a secret day.

The idea, in its moment of conceiving, elicited a distinct visceral response. My body unequivocally loved it (cherish the thought): the very idea brought an instant measure of relief, and to savor such a thought delighted me. So savor it I did, and, the more I savored it, the more real it became until it started to take form. I could feel it out there, sitting, I would say, somewhere between Wednesday and Thursday...

Can you imagine what this day feels like? It is very, very quiet but with that silence that has a sound; scintillating no-sound. It is significantly uninhabited by entities of distraction and confusion.; an exquisite mix of empty yet pregnant with promise.

Sensing the edges of this Secret Day, I feel a charged, breathless anticipation, like a child who is encouraged to wait just a little longer for the surprise, in an atmosphere where kindness prevails and special outcomes are assured.

I cannot fully explain how it first happened that the day came for real, but come it did.

The elf awoke upon a hill
and as she stirred the earth stood still
and as she breathed it moved again
but now upon a different plane

'Love Your Mother' koan ~ Mothering Sunday USA

5/14/2017

'Love Your Mother' is a koan.Your Mother is the one with the broadest range of possibility to screw stuff up 'for' you.

Your life literally in her hands night and day for years and years, through various levels of sleep deprivation, sickness, life cave-in carnage and catastrophe (emotional and/or physical)..; steer that boat.. steer that boat.. steer that boat.. ad infinitum. Only it isn't ad infinitum. One day, from a seemingly endless round of days, the hands-on primary caregiver role begins to morph, faster and faster until, boom, it's over. And then there's the rest of our lives.

Biology of Belief author Bruce Lipton points out that our developing brain's default is Theta frequency, which essentially has us in a state of hypnosis in our formative years. It's worth recognizing that not only was our subconscious forged in that early childhood foundry, 'the mother' too is acting from the belief structure of the familial milieu that shaped her.
We come to wonder just how much parenting has been by volition.

One young lama, Drubwang Tsoknyi Rinpoche, adjusting from Himalayan Culture to the USA, suddenly speaks to the Western cultural norm he has observed of anger toward mother (or father or both). It's astonishing to him. A real conversation ensues; "why we hate our parents"...

Alfred Graham Burgess, the chief architect of the Hampton Court Palace sacred geometry gardens and author of 'Why is the letter A at the beginning of the alphabet?' will tell you "In Mum we have palindromic consolation. Mom's good too...; M is to do with nurturing not curating. With nurturing you do it without knowing the eventual outcome."

Only one letter difference between Mother and Bother; it's a heck of a dance.

Ultimately it becomes our job to bring awareness to that which was of necessity invisible to us as a child and, mostly invisible to our parents besides. Whether it be how we were held in ways that served us (we appreciate by naming) or, for un-threading and releasing that which does not serve. I introduced a form of 'cutting the ties that bind' exercise with my pre-natal hatha yoga students; mother & father-to-be. We recognize and discharge/release dynamics that have outlived their usefulness and we consciously pull through for the incoming generation what our parents brought to us that was enriching and nurturing of human potential.

All grist for the mill in this continuum conscious evolution of the species. Paying attention, setting intention, gradually gradually we, as men and women in this Age, get to hone our presence of mind with children in our sphere, as well as learn to better 'Mother' ourselves, applying the self-same practice/presence of heart-mind to both. We won't get it right all the time (inadvertent parenting) but we're on to it.. and we are encouraged by every little triumph of life-love
Gently gently
Love is evolving
Evolve Love
e·volve

verb
  1. develop gradually

Assemblage Point: working with the human epicenter

Maria Krajak recently published in Friends of Theragem, specifically concerning the Assemblage Point training/experience she had as acting director of the Oasis Therapy Center at Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida.

'In search of the elusive core healing'

The article includes reference to Theragem sessions at our own Tree of Health (Tree House Treats) here in California;

"At the Tree of Health (Dove Center for Integral Medicine, Redwood Village, Aptos, California), they have been using Theragem for several years and for the past year incorporated Assemblage Point Reconnection.

Corrina McFarlane, Theragem CLT practitioner at Tree of Health, said the Assemblage Point is a phenomenon in our world.

“We are riding this wave, even as we work the edge of the seen and unseen with regard to electromagnetic fields(EMFs),” McFarlane said. “ It demands a quality of attention in practice to the unique variabilities of each client. Eric Topol, M.D.—author of ‘The Patient Will See You Now’— identifies the contemporary locus of power shift from the so-called ‘experts’ to the individual, as the “Gutenberg Moment for Medicine”.

At one end of the spectrum a client may have a monumental, utterly tangible ‘shift’ with Assemblage Point Reconnection. On the other hand, the client may seem to ‘feel nothing’. In both cases clients are encouraged to journal/paying attention to dreams and insights in the proceeding nights and days, to help with seeing the unseen/knowing the unknown, besides having a distinct baseline from which they began.

This kind of client/patient/individual approach that re-empowers and engages them to achieve their own vibrant health will be the medicine of the future, McFarlane added.

“Thus our wits grow ever sharper and we are empowered to chart a bold new course,” she said. “Assemblage Point today is coming into focus, as the color blue once did; heretofore imperceptible, now perceived. We work the edge of consciousness in our practice, in our world, the ‘Wellness Zone’ our touchstone."

Energy of the Stars ~ May Faire currency of the heart

5/7/2015

Energy; I'm tracking it, every which way and it's a fascinating study. I like to remember that every thought has a measurable energy expenditure (as per It's the Thought That Counts, David R Hamilton & Biology of Belief, Bruce Lipton); a great reminder to choose the good ones!

Then there's money; money is energy.. the transfer of money is energy. I like to remember that too.

So I'm at the local Bonny Doon Wardolf School May Faire, standing in line to  acquire the 'currency of the realm'; we exchange federal reserve greenbacks, 1 for 1, for stars. Directly behind me is a family of five; 3 small children, all wanting the horse ride...the flower crown (self-made)...the ice cream (whatever combination spells delight). The parents are weighing just how they can pull off an acceptable May Faire experience from the point of view of these 3 small children but no matter how they cut it they're going to be short of stars.

Suddenly, without turning round and not from a discernible thought process, I know I'm going to acquire enough stars for me and to top them up. It's a no-brainer and a happy thing for me to be able to do in the circumstances. I make my currency exchange and follow through; "These stars are for the cause.." I say and it's fun to see the couple light up at the surprise, and gladly accept.

In a way we're all surprised and I find myself quietly integrating what just spontaneously occurred. The striking thing to me is that the stars were easily given and easily received, no resistance, whereas money has a taboo that way. I could not so easily have turned around to strangers and said "Here, let me give you what you're short of..."  I do know there are some spectacular instances of that happening in a grocery store line when someone realizes in shock that they do not have the means to pay, but in those instances there is the initial horror/humiliation (then the relief if not disbelief at being met with the spontaneous generosity of a stranger).
I guess the common theme is the spontaneity, which is an unequivocal energy surge on a feel-good frequency.

Good Night & Sweet Dreams

Picture
Run through the hoop like a portal
minds are inclined to confine
Give yours the slip dear mortal
from beta to theta unwind....

He said good night and lay down in the little room, door ajar. Was it 30 seconds later that we heard the deep sweet breath of sleep?

Astonished, this 17 year old says, "Wow! I wish I could do that!!" And goes on to describe his inner terrain: I have the hardest time falling asleep; I do my darnedest to settle myself. I have tried everything prior to when I 'should' be getting my sleep, even (mature enough to try!) switching off all electronic media way before bed opting instead to read.

Nothing helps! Thought triggers thought... throughts tag together.., no matter my best efforts. Before you know it, it's thought-to-thought-to-thought. Arrrgh STOP. Temporary halt. And then it's off again; like train carriages, hooked one to another and seeming no end.

That was the conversation. Period.

The following evening was his first Theragem Crystal Light Therapy session. This young man, in perfectly good health, strong, vital, engaged and intelligent, is dreaming his dreams, forging his path as one might expect at his life-stage, given his constellation of circumstances, options and opportunities. The little he has heard about Theragem has piqued his curiosity. Hence we are here.

Sapphire to brain hemispheres; double wands 'Elation' therapy, 20 minutes..

Now may words weave the song of his experience, bearing in mind that Sapphire 'Elation' is trained to both brain hemispheres at theta frequency, and therefore to speak at all during this first 20 minutes does not come readily to most. He did not speak, for some 7 minutes, and then formed his words from the depths; "Totally unique... web of light... but lightly.. not pressing, not pressure.. really nice.. bathing.. wow.. amazing...never felt anything like it."

We had set the intensity at 75%. Ten minutes in, he asked if we could set it at 100%, just for him to make the distinction between those two settings relative to him. We go on to Diamond-Carnelian at 100% for the Spleen. We finish with Emerald to his inner right arm ("slept on it funny").... And, truth be told, sometimes Emerald wants to be in the mix "just because"!

Two days later we are back, for a second round (the right arm now a non-issue and therefore does not feature in the line-up). Having had a chance to compare, he is settled on 75% intensity for Sapphire to brain hemispheres. The following morning it is my great good fortune to be within earshot at his emergence from sleep -  Wow! I was dreaming; really different...; usually my dreams are full of tussle and hard. Actually, I talk in my sleep a lot I've been told, like fighting something... That's what's different! (blessed epiphany); I was dreaming of what I want and feeling it coming... Wow!!
Coherent.
Wow wonder Wow.

So we go on, ever awake to more than before; life and the human psyche inviting infinite deep dive discovery. And we, encouraged and re-reminded that consciousness is a living terrain, open to truly being explored and indeed, when set and setting are perfectly aligned, may be tweaked with beneficial efficacy!

Magnify Every Glad Emotion

You could say there is a potential pitfall in the idea of the pursuit of happiness {grab your 'CHASE FREEDOM' card and just see if you can catch it!}. So let's flip it; just as in Boyhood the movie, when a bright young thing says, "You know, "seize the moment"... maybe what it really is in truth, is that the moment seizes you!"

Perhaps the real art of living is to recognize and re-recognize and re-re-recognize(!) that we have indeed been seized, again and again, by tender, kind, rich, sweet, and utterly awesome moments that make up the scintillating tapestry of our wondrous lives.

Love to Live by:
*I tell myself the truth about what I’m really hungry for
*I do what I choose for my own well being and happiness
*I do the things that allow me to express my vitality and joy
*It is from instilling sensations and feelings with positive images that you can create the future – no matter whether you recall or envision scenes of happiness

*The sacral chakra is located in the center of the belly, influenced by the element water and, as a result, our emotions, which when fluid and moving, keep us healthy

Working Between the Realms: Tooth Fairy Trauma

6/7/2014

Picture
Working with sound/light/crystal fusion Theragem is in a very real sense a dance between the realms; seen and unseen worlds.

Fairies of all ilks and gender, as we know, flit also between the realms. Today, after a funny fairy mention by a Theragem client, I was suddenly reminded of this precautionary inter-generational tooth fairy tale!

Young Jessica learned about the tooth fairy at school, so she knew exactly what to do when she went to bed one night with tooth in hand. She had explained to her mother how it works, so her mother also knew what to do. Right around bedtime for grown-ups, Jessica's mom crept silently into the dark room where two little girls were sleeping. Carefully feeling one bed-end and running her hand ever so lightly along the bed edge she located the pillow and, holding her breath she slid her hand with all stealth beneath it. "Caught you!!!" cried her little Nancy Drew triumphantly, as Jessica's mother almost died on the spot.

Jessica couldn't help herself. She rumbled the secret Santa at Christmas with the same dogged intent. She didn't want to and she was seriously crestfallen that the game was up. But she just couldn't help herself.

Twenty years on and Jessica is the Mom. Her son comes home from school with tooth in hand and explains about the tooth fairy and what you have to do.

"Mm hm", says Jessica, ready to play her part.

Bedtime comes around and Freddie is excited. He has a plan. He's not going to put his tooth under the pillow, he's going to put it in a glass of water and then either the splashing will wake him up or the tooth fairy will drown and either way, he'll catch her (yes, it is a she). Jessica has to think fast: "Er, no…you can't do that because… because of the tooth fairy police!" Five year old eyes widen. Okay then, under the pillow it goes.

Bedtime for grown ups comes around and she goes to do her duty. Pushing open the bedroom door, waiting, listening for Freddie's rhythmic breathing, she begins to step lightly across to his bed. She kicks over a glass of water and sets off his fire engine siren before realizing that the pathway from the door to the bed is entirely booby-trapped. He does not wake. She goes forward, successfully retrieves the tooth from a pile of three pillows across which he is lying and leaves the designated silver (fairy rates have fairly inflated since she was a child) and escapes undetected. She wonders if it's genetic.

Jessica calls her Mom: "Freddie just lost his first tooth and it was very traumatic," says Jessica ruefully on the phone, "I think I just got my comeuppance."
